Terms and Conditions

All our Gift Vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable & non-transferable and no change will be given for any underspend.

Please present the Gift Voucher on arrival when redeeming the voucher. Advance bookings are highly recommended for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. We do not accept bookings for sandwiches, snacks or drinks these are on a walkin basis only.

Vouchers can't be used as payment for deposits. 

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via The Lewis Partnership payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
